Shipping and Handling
-Due to the nature of the product: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you have any questions before purchase, feel free to contact me on any of the reachable outlets and a representative will get back to you as soon as possible.
-Please order responsibly. The goal is for you to have your order as quick as possible, but please allow 24-48 hours to process your lash order, and an additional 2-5 days for shipping. Your order is a priority and will be treated as such.
-Once payment is confirmed you will be sent an order confirmation email, and once shipped, a tracking number will be provided to the phone number provided at checkout.
*We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once lashes have been provided to the carrier for delivery. All tracking inquiries are to be handled through the carrier once shipped. However, we are here for additonal assistance in assisting with communication with the carrier should anything happen.*
We do provide a pick up option for local shoppers in the Tallahasse, Midway, Quincy, and Jacksonville areas. If you are in these areas and would like to have your items picked up or delivered in person, please contact us prior to ordering so we may coordinate a pleasurable and seamless shopping experience. Orders may still be subject to a delivery fee.
